Why bother a stranger when a selfie will do?
My, ahem, 'capsule' wardrobe kinda made it look like we were in 100 places all in the same day. Much better to think that than to have to admit that I wore that stripey black and white dress about 7 times without washing it once. Nice, huh? It didn't help that two other tops I brought in the capsule were also black and white stripes Seriously, what was I thinking?
I would like to pose the question " why didn't I put make up on at least ONE DAY while we were away?". So little trouble for such a big result. Especially when you get the photos back and you look... ... ... plain... ... ... blemished. Actually, if you carefully follow the selfies, I swear you can see that ever-growing volcano on my chin actually erupt at one point.
Oh, I love that man of mine. Happy as two clams.

Oh hell yeah , we have them down pat.. copied a glamour couple of ours on the angle at which to put your hand to make you look best.. sorta works!!

that's really sweet. As cynical about couples as I can be even I find this super cute. You guys just look so stoked. It reminds me of my parents taking selfies in New york - my dad always uses mirrors/reflective surfaces as opposed to the angling one arm technique..
As for the clothes, don't be ashamed. I travelled five weeks through India, handwashing my undies only with cold showers all the way. Dirtiest I've ever been in my life, but it's amazing how your body can actually survive and even thrive like that. Gross (in a way) but true.. xx
At least when you're travelling no one else around you will see the top again and don't ever know that you wore it the day before. I found that I tended to just wear the things I was most comfortable in to death..and other things in my suitcase got ignored. I should have just taken an overnight bag..hehe!

You both look like you had such a wonderful time, and you did great on the selfies! We're yet to master the duel selfie, it never works on us. I'm a basic traveller, I'd wear the same thing everyday, and then convert it to 'evening' with a shoe change or a simple accessory, its the only way..x

So gorgeous! I'm rubbish at hand-held selfies, dual or otherwise, but have a fancy remote trigger... only trick is how to not look petrified-that-someone-will-pick-up-and-run-away-with-my-camera in the photos, lol.

The husband always looks fantastic (he's photogenic... bastard) and I always look hmmm. Love your snaps. Gotta laugh at an eruptive chin volcano, but I particularly love how you appear to be favouring your good side in most of the shots! I do that too. LOVE the photos. You look happy and excited which is the nicest thing. I didn't wear make up i all my Paris photos or properly do my hair and I look at them and thing PARIS!!! Surely I could havebothered, but no one else ever notices.
The nicest thing about your photos is how happy you and yours look to be just together and exploring. I love happy couple photos.

My sister and I rocked the dual selfie all over Europe... unfortunately looking back you can mostly just see our two big heads and not a lot else LOL. We were really there, I swear!

awww i love your selfies! ever since i got my wizbang DSLR i realised that the only thing it sux at is turning it around to take a selfie! Hence i have not been in many photos for a twelvemonth! thankgoodness for iphones! Love love love all your pics....who cares about your stripy stripy stripy-ness...you packed light and did not have to take three water bottles and a bizzilons snacks and wet ones for the kids with your anywhere!!!!
